Employee Wellbeing:
6 Flex@Work Principles were launched in Gulf & Pakistan. Mass trainings conducted for the entire population.    Extremely positive feedback received by employees feeling most engaged and happy with a sense of belonging. The Flex@Work project allows employees work remotely from a location of their choice and with flexible hours. We allowed flexible dress code throughout the week and encourage our employees to participate in CSR volunteering activities by allocating 20 paid hours per year for such activities.

Women Empowerment:
We have allocated special space and created a Nursing Room in our central office in Dubai. We create favorable conditions to encourage new mothers to return to work and feel included and taken care of. Impact and feedback was very positive

Free up your energy:
Global Launch of New Ways of Working in a Digital & Global World-  as part of the New People Vision. White paper and training material on Effective Meetings and Effective Emails Trainings have been translated to 13 languages including Arabic. Leaders trained and empowered to sponsor the initiative and cascade it down through training all the teams.

Free mindfulness digital practice sessions:
Deployed Mindfulness Awareness and Mindfulness Practice sessions online to protect our employees from a burnout and address increased stress levels and a workload.
